NVQ level 3 in management

This level is for you if you are a practicing manager or supervisor with: a tightly defined
area of responsibility; some limited opportunity for taking decisions and managing budgets;
responsibility for achieving specific results by using resources effectively and responsibility
for allocating work to team members, colleagues or contractors.

NVQ level 4 in management

This level is for you if you are managing activities to meet requirements, contribute to
improvements at work, develop your own resources, develop productive working
relationships and provide information to support decision-making.
These are mandatory units, which form the core of every level 4 managers' NVQ.
You are also expected to manage the use of financial and/or physical resources.
